We have received two fund reservations from US Department of Housing
and Urban Development:
$861,500 to construct one 12-unit Senior Housing project in the “Mountain Top”
Village of Tannersville and $861,500 to construct one 12-unit Senior Housing
project in the “Mountain Top” Town of Windham.
We have received great support from the local residents and members of
the Mountain Top Golden Agers as well as the WAJPL Golden Agers. We look forward to the Grand Opening of the
new projects. Please look at our “News”

In order to be considered for tenancy in one of the Mountain Top projects, please call our office and ask to be put on the interest list. Once your name is in our database, you will be sent an application as we approach rent-up.
Fairground Estates
Fairground Estates located on Rte.
23B and Monti Drive, Cairo, NY.
This project opened in March 1993 with 24 one bedroom units. Very low, low and
median incomes qualify. All units are rent subsidized. Tenants pay 30% of
monthly income for rent and utilities. A waiting list is established and
typical waiting time for a new applicant is a year or more.
Autumn Grove
Autumn Grove located at 775
Embought Road, Catskill, NY.
This project opened in June 1996 with 32 one bedroom units. Very low, low and
median incomes qualify. All units are rent subsidized. Tenants pay 30% of
monthly income for rent and utilities. A waiting list is established and
typical waiting time for a new applicant is a year or more.
Orchard Estates
Orchard Estates located at 777
Embought Road, Catskill, NY.
This is our newest site which opened January 2001 with 24 one bedroom units.
Very low income only. All units are rent subsidized. Tenants pay 30% of monthly
income for rent and utilities. A waiting list is established and typical
waiting time for a new applicant is a year or more.
All sites are available to income eligible persons 62 years of age or older. Rental assistance is available.
