Organized in 1981, Catskill Mountain Housing Development Corporation (CMHDC) was formed “to purchase, build or rehabilitate structures in order to make available affordable housing to the elderly and those of low and moderate income through management, renting, leasing or sale; and to provide consultation, assessment and information to the elderly and those of low and moderate income for the purposes of housing rehabilitation and improvement.”
Proudly serving Greene County residents, we are continually seeking grant funds that will help us to achieve our goals and those of our fellow neighbors.
